One week after painting some parts, I realize that I didn't put enough paint on some of them. Can I just applyed one more coat without any prep or not ?

I believe the procedures manual says to scuff with 320 open coat sand paper after 1 week.  You may also be able to use scotch brite as well.

The instructions we now send with the paint including the label on the can says you must scuff sand regardless of how fresh the paint is. We recommend wiping the surface down with Isopropyl Alcohol prior to and after sanding and wiping with a tack rag. This will help to remove any additional surface film and improve adhesion.
