pinstriping

Im utterly clueless about pinstriping, but am considering having a pro come add some thin lines to break the red and white on my plane. The topcoat is all EPP, over both metal and fabric. What is the best paint for the pinstriper to use? Im sure whoever I find will have his own preferences for paint, and likely not be too familiar with how the fabric will vibrate. ... worried about the striping flaking off at some point.  Any particular striping paints to definetly avoid? Is it a different type of paint to begin with? If more EPP is the recommendation, can a small qty of black be purchased? Or would a good quality stripe tape be the best bet?

I'd use pin striping tape if its under 1" wide otherwise any paint a "pin striper" will use should be fine as long as they don't cake it on super thick.
