Hi Jason,
    Originally I used automotive trim cement to hold rubber sealing strips in place on edges of sheet metal parts.  When I took plane apart, I noticed that the trim cement lifted the alkyd I originally used.  
    What works best with EPP?  I would prefer it not loosen the topcoat.

I use the Stewart's Ecobond, just make sure you scuff the paint with Scotchbrite.

Just bought some uncolored.  The blue would be ugly for my application.
