Ceconite, tapes, tools
 

- CAUTION - We do not recommend the use of Ceconite or Poly-Fiber heavy 101-3 fabic with this finishing system. The "new" fabric has a very starchy and stiff finish that does not allow wet goods to easily penatrate the weave. If you need the heavy 101 fabric we sell the Superflight brand fabric which works excellent. The "new" Ceconite medium weight 102-3 fabric is as strong as the old 101 fabric was and the weight went up from 2.7 oz per yard to 3.2 oz per yard. Be careful when using Ceconite on light weight structures. It shrinks very fast and very tight and you should probably stop at 300 deg F. We recommend the Superflight fabric on the light weight aircraft.
